Title |
Charter by John Cunynghame of Drumquhassill, whereby in implement of a contract (dated at Cragyvarne 13th November 1584) entered into between him and Walter Logane, son of the late John Logane of Balvie, he granted to the said Walter Logane an annualrent of 40 merks Scots furth of the lands of Boquhynning-Cunynghame (occupied by Thomas Buchannane of Garbeth, Bernard Cunynghame and their subtenants) lying in the earldom of Levenox and sheriffdom of Striveling: To be held de me for payment of one penny Scots in name of blench farm: With precept of sasine addressed to James Cousland, younger, in Striviling.
