Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Robert Ramsay, clerk of the diocese of St. Andrews, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine in a charter (dated at Striveling 20th May 1580) by James Gib of Carribbir, granting to William Cunynghame the lands of Mossyd, extending to three oxgangs of land, lying in the lordship and sheriffdom of Strivelingschir.
