Charter by Nichol, Earl of Erole, Lord le Haya, constable of Scotland, granting to Mr. Gilbert Haya, his uncle, his lands of Wry with their pertinents lying in his barony of Erole within the sheriffdom of Kyncardin: which lands were formerly the property of William Haya of Wry, who of his own free will resigned them into the hands of the granter at the burgh of Abirden: To be held de nobis, under reservation of the liferent of the said William Haya, and rendering therefor the service used and wont: with clause of warrandice.
