Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of John Or, clerk of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine in a charter (dated at Dunbartane 9th May 1573) by John Cwnyghame of Drumquhassill, whereby he sold to Barnard Cwnygham and Jonet Doge, his spouse, in conjunct infeftment and the longer liver of them, and to the heirs lawfully procreated or to be procreated between them, whom failing to the nearest heirs and assignees of the said Barnard, an annual rent of 25 merks Scots furth of the £4 land of old extent of Estir Boychtquhynnigis lying within the sheriffdom of Streveling. Sasine given by Thomas Boychtquhenan of Carbeycht, bailie of the said John Cwnyghame, on 12th May 1573, upon the ground of said lands |
