Title |
Contract of Marriage between Robert Bruce of Clakmannan and Alisone Bruce, his sister, on the one part, and James Blacater, apparent of Tuliallane, on the other part, for the marriage of the said Alisone and James. The latter binds himself, whenever he is served or placed in the lands and living of Tuliallane, to resign the Ovirtown of Tuliallane, lying in the barony of Tulliallane, stewartry of Strayththerne and sheriffdom of Perth, into the hands of his superior in favour of himself and his heirs in fee and his said spouse in liferent.
