Charter of Resignation by John Wemys of that Ilk, granting to Mr. John Spens of Condy, and Jean Arnet, his spouse, and the longer liver of them in conjunct infeftment, the lands of Kylmukkis Eister and Coleistoun, which were resigned into his hands in terms of the preceding Procuratory of Resignation (GD86/188): To be held de me, rendering therefor a pair of gloves for the lands of Kylmukkis Eister and a silver penny Scots for the lands of Coleistoun in name of blench-ferm.
