Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Thomas Darympill presbyter of the diocese of St. Andrews, notary public, following upon and narrating a Precept of Sasine (dated at Edinburgh 30th October 1557) by William Chalmer of Drumlochquhy, addressed to Patrick Wemys of Petblay, his bailie in that part, for infefting Mr. John Spens of Condy, and his heirs and assignees, in the lands of Kylmukkis with pertinents lying in the regality of St. Andrews and sheriffdom of Fiffe, which he sold to him with consent of Eufame Spens, his spouse: To be held of John Wemys of that ilk. Sasine given by the said bailie at the principal house of Kylmukkis on 18th November, 1557, to John Wemys, attorney for the said Mr. John Spens, constituted by Letters of Attorney under the testimony of the Great Seal |
