Title |
Letters of Reversion by Duncane Marne and Katherene Cunnygham, his spouse, granting that an annual rent of twenty merks Scots sold to them by Johne Cunnygham of Drumquhassill, furth of the three pound fifteen shilling land of old extent of Ester Mwkdok Mychell, lying in the barony of Drumquhessall and by annexation within the sheriffdom of Striveling, should be redeemable by payment of 200 merks Scots upon the high altar of the parish church of Striveling on forty days warning; consignation, if necessary, to be in the hands of the provost, bailies, dean of guild or thesaurer of the burgh of Stirling.
