Title |
Precept of Clare Constat by Andrew, Master of Errol, fiar of the same, with consent of George, Earl of Errol, his father, liferenter, addressed to Magnus Mowat and Peter Duncan, for infefting William Hay of Vry as heir of the late Andrew Hay of Vry, his grandfather, in the lands of Vry, with the mill thereof, Rochclock, Fyndlawistoun, Balnagech, Carntoun, Glichnoch, Monquhoich, Rochnoch, Aicherethy, Magra, the mill of Colly with the pertinents, the annual of Logy, 20 shillings to be taken annually from the two Mownqualys, for which the inhabitants of the said towns may grind free of charge at the mill of Colly, paying the customary multure and repairing the stone and woodwork and water-lead of the mill, and 4 shillings annually from a croft lying in the town of Colly, barony thereof and sheriffdom of Kincardin.
