Title |
Letters of Tack and Assedation by Johnne, commendator of the priory of Inchemahomo, with consent of the convent thereof, and of Mr. Andro Ballone, pensioner of the said priory, whereby he sets and in tack and assedation lets to Johnne Cunyngham of Drumquhassill, his heirs and assignees, the teind sheaves of the following lands, viz:- the £5 land of Row, pertaining to Duncane Dawsoun in feu, the 5 merkland thereof, pertaining to James Dow in feu, and the lands of Westir Ardgarth, pertaining to Williame Edmestoun in feu, lying in the parish of Kilmadock, stewartry of Menteith and sheriffdom of Perth for 19 years from Lammas 1552, at a yearly rent of £10 (?)
