Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Thomas Mows, clerk of the diocese of St. Andrews, notary public, in favour of William Chalmer of Drumloquhy and Eufame Spens, his spouse, following upon the preceding Precept of Sasine (GD86/153). Sasine given by Patrick Stirveling, bailie of the granter, to John Spens of Condy, attorney for the said William Chalmer and spouse (constituted by Letters of Attorney under a testimony of the Great Seal) at the principal dwelling house of said lands on 29th January 1550-51 |
