Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of William Proctur, presbyter, of the diocese of Aberdeen, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine (dated at Fywe 21 June 1547) by George Meldrum of Fywe, knight, addressed to Gilbert Annand and John Andersoun, his bailies in that part, for infefting Patrick Chene of Essilmont, knight, and Dame Isobel Bad, his spouse, in the fishing described in GD86/140. Sasine given, on 9 July 1547, at the "crwf wall" of Ythan near Ellon by the said John Andersoun to the said Patrick Chene and his spouse by delivery of coble and net |
