Title |
Certified Copy of an Instrument of Transumpt narrating that Eustace de Maxwell of Colinhayt compeared at a head court held in the Tolbooth of Drumfres on 2nd May 1454, and requested a copy of the Tack of the burgh lands, the tenor of which follows:- "Assedatio territorium burgi de Drumfres xxviº die mensis Aprilis anno domini millesimo iiiiº quinquagesimo.
