Title |
Tack and Assedation by Johnne Mwr of Auchindrane, whereby he sets one-half of his 20 shilling land of old extent of Tua-Stane-Cors with sike and meadow, which he holds in feu from the burgh of Air, lying in the Burrowfeld of the said burgh, within the sheriffdom of Air, to James Johnsone, burgess of Air, and Marioun Schaw, his spouse, and the longer liver of them, their heirs, assignees, or sub-tenants, and the other half thereof (occupied by Mychell Stirling) to Robert Rankyne and Elizabeth Bannochttyne, his spouse, and the longer liver of them, their heirs, assignees or sub-tenants, for 19 years from Whitsunday 1546, paying yearly therefor, equally betwixt them, the sum of £3 Scots to the granter and 16s. of feu-duty to the community of the burgh of Air.
