Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of John Howe, presbyter of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine (dated at Robertland 24th March 1535) by Elizon Langmwre, one of the heirs of Auchinbothy and Vatterland, addressed to Matthew Campbell and Alexander Ruthirfurd, her bailies in that part, for infefting David Cunninghame of Robertland, his heirs and assignees, in her one-seventh part of the foresaid lands of Vatterland and mill thereof, with pertinents, lying in the parish of Dunlop, bailiary of Cunninghame, and sheriffdom of Are. Sasine given by the foresaid Matthew Campbell on the ground of said lands on 24th March 1535-6 |
