Instrument of Sasine [much injured by damp] under the hand of Alexander Jamieson (Jacobi) presbyter of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, narrating that David Craufurd tutor of Kers, bailie of John, Lord Cathkert, passed to the [two] merklands of old extent of Wuver [Over] Pynnearthour with their pertinents lying in the barony of Dalmellingtoun, in King's Kil and sheriffdom of Air and there, in terms of a precept of sasine, gave sasine thereof to David Craufurd, son and heir of Bertholomew Craufurd of Kers. Done on the ground of said lands on 3 December 1535 |
