Title |
Letter of Reversion by Valter Buchquhannane of the Spittall and Isabill Cunynghame, his spouse, whereby, notwithstanding that Andro Cunyngham, with consent of Valter Striviling of Ballagane, his curator, had sold to them his lands of Blairwoky with the wood and pertinents thereof lying in the earldom of Levinax and sheriffdom of Striviling, they bound themselves on the said Andro Cunyngham paying to them the sum of 200 merks Scots upon the high altar of the parish kirk of Dremmen to resign said lands in his favour. They further bound themselves not to absent themselves from receipt of said sum on receiving 40 days warning thereto and should they do so, Cunyngham was to have full regress and ingress to said lands.
