Title |
Instrument under the hand of Alexander Jamieson (Jacobi) presbyter of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, narrating that John, Lord Cathcart, in consideration of certain sums of money paid to him by David Craufurd, tutor of Kers, of which he discharged the said David, sold to him the non-entry, ward and relief of the two merklands of old extent of Stobanoch, the four merklands of old extent of Dalmccaill and Drumfarin lying in the barony of Sundrume, King's Kile and sheriffdom of Air, the two merklands of old extent of Vuer [Over] Pennyarthour and the twenty shilling lands of old extent of Glenmuk lying in the barony of Dallmillintoun, King's Kile and sheriffdom foresaid, and the two merklands of old extent of Enoch lying in the barony of Killumchane and bailiary of Cerrek, until the entry of the true heir or heirs of the late Bartholomew Craufurd of Kers thereto.
