Title |
(1) Discharge by James Forrest, M.D., spouse of Isobel Mure, daughter of the deceased Sir Archibald Mure of Thorntoun, in favour of John Cunninghame of Caddle, spouse of the deceased Margaret Mure another daughter of the sums directed to be paid to the said James by John out of the said Sir Archibald's estate by a decree arbitral, dated 3 April 1707.
