Tack by John Cunninghame (Cuninghame) of Caddle, James Forrest, M.D., and James Sinclair of Stempster, for themselves and their wives, in favour of John Teuch, merchant, Girvine, of the high and laigh lands of Ballochtoul with the lands in the Home of Ballochtoul, also the short lands next to the miln dam of Ballochtoul, all lying in the parish of Girvan and bailiery of Carrick. The said tack to be for the space of nine years in return for 400 merks Scots yearly. |
