Title |
(1) Bond by John Conynghame (Cuninghame) of Caddell in favour of Alexander, Earl of Eglintoune of the sum of £1612 Scots. Dated 24 May 1705.
(2) Assignation of the above bond by the said Earl in favour of Hugh Rodger, merchant in Glasgow, as factor and manager of Mary Bailly, only daughter of the deceased Francis Bailly of Kilwinning. Dated 15 May 1716.
(3) Horning and poinding at the instance of Alexander Blackwood, spouse of the said Mary Bailly, against the said John Cunynghame, for non-payment of the above bond. Dated 22 November 1729. |
