Title |
(1) Discharge by James Forrest, M.D., to Dame Jean Kennedy, relict of Sir Archibald Mure of Thorntoune, of all house rents due to him from her lodging in Bells Close preceding Martinmas, 1704, and all other accounts preceding the date of the discharge.
(2) Discharge by the said James to Dame Jean Kennedy, of the rent for the year 1704-1705, of the said lodging. 17 February 1705.
(3) Discharge as above of house rents preceding Martinmas, 1706. 11 December 1706.
(4) Obligation by the said James Forrest to the said Jean Kennedy of the sum of £85 10s. 8d. 12 December 1706.
