(1) Account of charge and discharge between John Cunningham (Cuninghame) of Caddell and James Sinclair of Stempster on the one part and Doctor James Forrest on the other, for the said doctor's intromission with the effects of Sir Archibald Mure of Thorntoun preceding Whitsunday, 1704.
