Testament dative of Sir Archibald Muir of Thorntoun, giving the sums of money due to him, Margaret, Jean, and Isobel Muir, his daughters, being constituted his executors by the Commissary Court, 17 March 1703. Also included is a list of supplementary debts owed to Sir Archibald including a sum of money deposited by him in the Company of Scotland trading to Africa and the Indies, giving permission to the executors to lift the money due, 27 August 1707. |
