Title |
(1) Bond by John Cuninghame of Caddell in favour of Margaret Glass, relict of the deceased Hugh Stevensone of Montgreenan, of the sum of 1000 merks. Dated 5 & 6 November 1700.
(2) Letters and notes relating to a loan by Alexander Stevenson of Montgreenan, W.S., to William, son of John Cuninghame of Caddell, of the sum £50. Dated 1743. (4 items).
(3) Decree arbitral between Archibald Cunningham (Cuninghame) of Caddel and Archibald Stevenson of Montgreenan Clerk to the Signet, by which the latter is directed to pay to the former the sum of £1186 9s. 4d., and to return to him certain specified bonds including the 2 above, and the said Archibald Cunningham is to grant Archibald Stevenson a discharge for the sum of 6000 merks contained in a bond of provision by the deceased Hugh Stevenson to the deceased Marion, his eldest daughter and sometime spouse to the deceased John Cuninghame dated 2 May, 1699. Dated 9 October 1760.
(4) Discharge by the said Archibald Stevenson in favour of the said Archibald Cunningham, of all sums of money contained in the bonds specified in the above decree. Dated 1 December 1760. |
