(1) Letter to Col. Cunningham (Cuninghame), conveying the Governor's command that the regimental surgeon be present at the reading of the sentence of the general court martial. Town Major's Office, Gibraltar, 12 July 1800. (2) Letter as above enclosing the Governor's orders for drill for officers and men. Town Major's Office, 6 October 1800. (3) Letter from Gen. Charles O'Hara, the Governor, to Col. Cunningham (Cuninghame), confirming that the officers who had been ordered home would have to go. Gibraltar, 1 November 1800. (4) Certificate by Col. Cuninghame and confirmation by the Governor that the specified amount of lemons had been expended amongst the N.C.O.s and men of the Regt. on the Governor's orders. Gibraltar, 3 January 1801.
