Title |
Disposition by Archibald Muire, merchant burgess of Edinburgh, in favour of George Honyman, minister at Livingstoun, of a legacy of 2,000 merks left by the deceased John Lowthian, late minister at Livingstoun, to the children of his sister Jean Lowthian and assigned by them to Mathew Ramsay on 17 November 1674. The said Mathew, by his letters of translation and assignation, transferred the said assignation to John Clerk, writer in Edinburgh, on 1 January 1765, and the said John, by his letters of translation, transferred the rights to the said legacy to Archibald Muire on 14 March 1677, with all documents pertaining to it. |
