Letters from Lieut. Mathew Dove, Adjutant of the 3rd Battn. European Infantry in Bengal, to Mrs. Cuninghame of Thorntoun. (1) Speculates on the time when his wife, Margereta Cuninghame, could join him, and of his prospects of promotion. Fortwilliam, 20 September & 9 October 1783. (2 items).
(2) Asks Mrs. Cuninghame to take care of the education of his daughter Christian and complains that her son John has not answered his letter. Calcutta, 7 March 1788.
