Title |
(1) Extract judicial act by Euphemia Knox, spouse to Thomas Rollo of Craigingelt, of the disposition and assignation by the said Thomas, in favour of William Livingstone of Wester Greinyairds and his spouse Margaret Rollo, dated 16 March 1668, of an annualrent of £104 which the said Thomas and Euphemia had yearly out of the lands of Arnmanuall under reversion of 2600 merks, contained in bond of corroboration by Uchter Knox of Arnmanuall, dated 16 November 1667. Dated 13 May 1670.
(2) Extract judicial act by the said Margaret Rollo, of the letter of renunciation by her said spouse in favour of John Cunynghame (Cuninghame), younger of Caddell, of the above annualrent. Dated 13 May 1670. |
