Title |
(1) Appointment by Sir William Mure of Rowallan in favour of Ochter Knox of Ramferlie, to uplift 500 merks from John Cuninghame, younger of Caddell, being part of the sum of 2,500 merks contained in a bond by John Cuninghame, elder, and John Cuninghame, younger of Caddell, in favour of Jean Knox, second daughter of the said Ochter, dated 13 March and 14 May 1668, the said Sir William being given power to appoint a sum to be uplifted by the said Ochter if need be. Dated 20 May 1668.
(2) Discharge by the said Jean Knox and Paul Dog of Ballingrew, her husband, in favour of the said John Cunninghames, elder and younger of Caddell, of the said bond. Dated 1 February 1679. |
