Title |
(1) Assignation by John Cunynghame (Cuninghame) of Caddell and Margaret Boill, his spouse, in favour of their son John Cunynghame, of the teind victuals of the lands called Marchelland and Boddonnis in the parish of Beith, bailiery of Cunynghame, and sheriffdom of Air, the said teinds having been let to the said John and Margaret by the deceased Alexander, Commendator of Kilwyning in his tack, dated 23 March 1585. Dated 7 and 14 January 1602.
(2) Decreet at the instance of the said John Cunynghame, now writer in Edinburgh, against the tenants of the above lands for non-payment of their teinds. Dated 24 February 1644. |
