(1) Tack for 18 years by John Cuninghame of Caddell in favour of William Anderson, smith at Corsehouse, of the enclosure called Lowrie-land, part of the lands of Thornton, for an annual rent of £7. Dated 5 January 1795.
(2) Receipt by John Anderson, smith at Bankend of Rowallan, in favour of John Cuninghame of Caddell, of the sum of £26 5s. for his renunciation of the tack of Lowreiland entered into by the said John Cuninghame and the deceased William Anderson his father. Dated 10 February 1810. |
