Title |
(1) Tack for 17 years by Capt. John Cuninghame of Caddell in favour of William Logan, junior in Caddell, and Hugh Chalmers there, of the farm of Caddell in the parish of Ardrossan and sheriffdom of Ayr, for an annual rent of £50 the first year and £90 the remaining years. Dated 8 December 1789.
(2) Estimate by Robert Cumming, tenant in Holmbyre, and William Donald, tenant in Girthill, of the damage done by the coal pits and roads of William Jamieson to the farm of Caddell tenanted by the said William Logan, now senior in Caddell and the said Hugh Chalmers. Dated 7 March 1806.
(3) Renunciation by the said William and Hugh in favour of Lt.Col. John Cuninghame, of the said farm. Dated 11 March 1806. |
