Minute of sale by which Capt. John Cunningham (Cuninghame) of Caddell agrees to sell to Major Alexander Dunlop of Collellan, for the sum of £6516, the lands of Bankend, Lochwood and the farms of Didup and Little Laught in the parish of Ardrossan. On the back is a note dated, 30 August 1787, that the said John had granted a disposition to the said Alexander conforming to the above and that the said Alexander had delivered a bond for the agreed price. Enclosed is an inventory of 8 writs referred to in the above disposition regarding the titles to the above lands. |
