Title |
Discharge and renunciation by John Cuningham of Carmelbank, in favour of John Cuningham (Cuninghame) of Caddell, of the third part of 6000 merks contained in the heritable bond by the deceased John Cuningham of Caddell in favour of his daughters Jane, Helen, and Margaret, dated 11 December 1738, the annualrent of the said sum being infeft in the lands of Lochwood, Littleand Meikle Laughts, Ittingtoun, and Caddell, the said John C. of Carmelbank renouncing the above lands as freed of the said sum. Registered G.R.S., 6 July 1786. |
