Title |
(1) Discharge by William Brown, factor for the tutors of the children of Capt. John Cuninghame of Carmelbank, in favour of Capt. Archibald Cuninghame of Caddell, of the sum of £16 13s. 4d. as 3 years' interest on 2000 merks, the said sum being Jean Cuninghame, wife of Thomas Boyd of Pitcon's share of the heritable bond of provision by the deceased John Cuninghame of Caddell in favour of his daughters, 11 December 1738, the said 2000 merks being adjudged by decreet of adjudication of 27 July 1768, from Andrew Boyd, son and heir of the said Jean, in favour of the said children. Dated 8 March 1771. (2) Discharge as above of the sum of £26 being 2 years' interest. Dated 3 June 1774. (3) Discharge by Margaret and Ann Boyd, daughters of Thomas Boyd of Pitcon, in favour of Archibald Cuninghame of Cadell, of the interest on the above 2000 merks from 1766 to the death of the said Thomas, 17 April 1772. Dated 23, 29 & 31 August 1774. |
