Title |
(1) Bond of provision by Archibald Crawfurd of Cartsburn in favour of his daughter Bethia, of the sum of £500 on his decease, but if the said Bethia were to marry without the consent of her uncles, Capt. Archibald Cunninghame (Cuninghame) of Caddell, and John Cunninghame, merchant in Lisbon in Portugal, she is only to receive 6000 merks. Dated 30 May 1754. (2) Bond of provision by the said Archibald in favour of the said Bethia, adding £200 to the above £500, and removing the above restriction on marriage. Dated 20 March 1770. |
