Discharge by John Cuninghame of Caddell in favour of Hugh Montgomry of Broomlands, of the sum of £100 being one year's annualrent of the sum of 3000 merks contained in a bond by the deceased Robert Montgomry of Broomlands in favour of the deceased Alexander Cuninghame of Annanhill, surgeon in Irvine, and brother to the said John, dated 12 November 1739, to the annualrent of which sum the said John had right by a disposition by the said Alexander, dated 5 April 1745, and registered in the Bailiary Court of Cuninghame, 14 November 1745. |
