Title |
Ante-nuptial marriage contract between John Cunningham (Cuninghame) of Caddell and Marion Stevensone, daughter of the deceased Hugh Stevenson of Mongrenan, by which the said John agrees to infeft the said Marion in a liferent of 800 merks yearly out of the lands of Bankend, Lochwood, Dudhope, and Meikle- Laughts, provision also being made for any children of the marriage, Marion's tocher being the sum of 7000 merks contained in a bond of provision by her said father. |
