Copy disposition by Archibald Campbell of Inveraw to Duncan Campbell, his brother, of 4 merkland of Inveraw, 4 merkland of Drumachois, 3 merkland of Achacharn with office of 'mairship' of lands of Benderaloch between Ardmuckries and Innermole, 6s. 8d. land of Branrie, 2 merkland of Dallenissa, with keeping of forest of Gleneative and fishing of water of Eatiff, all in lordship of Lorne, sheriffdom of Argyle, £5 land of Achaleine, comprehending lands of Duchalzie, Benbrek and that part of Stranmor with isle of Freachillean and little isle called Douisland, adjacent thereto, with office of baliery of Over Lochow, excepting part whereof McArthur of Tirivadich and his predecessors are heritable bailies, 20s. land of Tirveinzie, 20s. land of Ardeachon in barony of Lochow 2 merkland of Innerelan and Innercharnan in lordship of Lorne, 6 merkland of Crouchan, ½ merkland of Arivdonich, 20s. land of Ardchuilkichan, 2 merkland of Baravadie, 2 merkland of Corebuie extending in whole to a 12 merkland commonly called lands of Crouchan, in barony of Lochow, £5 land of old extent of Killmartine in Arsteodneis, viz. 3 merkland of Glencawernan, 3 merkland of Fernoch, 20s. land of Laggan, tenements and houses of clachan of Killmartine, reserving manse, in barony of Ardsteodneis, 3½ merkland of old extent of Over Largie, 3½ merkland of Nether Largie of old called Largie McKissagg in said barony, reserving liferent of Tirurne, Andecharn and Conletter, and liferent of Mary McNeill, granter's spouse, as provided for in their marriage contract, and with the prohibition, that if it shall please God to bless granter with a son said Duncan shall be obliged to denude himself of said lands in favour of the said son |
