Dated at Dalmaly. Re dispute between Achallader and Breadalbane, 'the war is declaird and the E. is resolved not to oun or countinance Jo. or doe him the least act of kindness all his dayes. My Lord G(lenorchy) after he went to Taymouth did not soe much as speak of the tack of Stron(millochan) but marchd off and left Jo. to fight it out ... Things look very dismall like and the breach is fully opend' (5 June 1711)
'I was asurd this day that Rob. Roy McGrigor is run for it and brock and that its in the Gazet' (1712)
