Asking for a warrant to apprend Alexander Stewart in Lagnahaw, Alexander Stewart, his son, Robert Stewart, son of Robert, Duncan Stewart at the Mill of Cuil, Duncan Stewart, senior in Cuil, Duncan Stewart alias Roy Stewart in Cuil, Duncan Stewart, changekeeper in Tynahenchich, John McComby, late in Ardsheal, now in Cuil, John McComby in Ardsheal, Duncan McColl in Ardsheal, Ann Cameron, servant to James Stewart in Acharn, Donald McIntyre in Acharn, Donald McColl in Acharn, and Mary Stewart, his spouse, witnesses in action of criminal letters against James Stewart in Acharn in Duror of Appin, present prisoner in Inveraray, and Allan Breck Stewart, son of Donald Stewart alias Vic Ean Vic Alester in Invercomry in Rannoch, as being guilty of murder of said Colin Campbell of Glenure, said witnesses being unwilling to compear.
