Needs money to pay for meal, bread, coal, soap, potatoes, butter, milk, cheese, tea, sugar and mutton, `if you pleas I will send you the acount that you may [see] how modreat I am, yet it comes to money ... Fridey last I had the honer of a visit from General Grahem's Laday inquiring after my health; it was very kind of her to walk down from the Inn to see me, she is truly the laday and the Christian. I would have asked her to have helped, I know she would have done it. But could not think too afronte Campbell of Barcalidin as she knows hi wes so neerly conected to me' Dated at Inveraray. |
