Includes: 1692, January 16 Bond by Coll Mackdonald of Keppoch to Alexander Campbell of Barkaltine for 4000 merks scots out of money to be given to granter by virtue of instructions from His Majesty to Earl of Breadalbane in favour of the clans.
Bond, 1699, October 16, 20, by Alexander Cameron in Rattilichbeg, to present himself before justiciary court when called by Alexander Campbell of Barcalting, to answer charge of theft, with lists of witnesses.
Declaration, 1704, January 31, 1714, March 10, by Walter McFarlane, son of deceased John McFarlane in Auchtertyre and John McNab in Auchessan, nearest friends and brothers of Margaret McFarlane, spouse of Allan Campbell in Auchinsicallan, that, as soon as superior confirms her liferent over lands of Drumvuik, Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine shall be relieved of his cautionry, with bond of relief.
Bond, 1711, December 26, by Duncan McIan vic Couill alias McColl, John McColl and Donald McColl, all tenants at Creegane in Appine, to procure discharge by Archibald McDonald in Achacharr, brother of Alexander McDonald of Achnacoachin in Lochaber, to Duncan McPhersone, drover in Larig, and others, in whose possession a grey horse three year's old, burnt on left shoulder with a burning iron made in imitation of roebuck horns with a cross underneath it, and a black horse of the same age marked on the left shoulder with three hearts and a wax spear underneath it and a burnt heart of the left jawbone, both found at Lady Day Fair in Glenurchy, had been stolen from said Archibald.
