Title |
Agreement between John Campbell of Glenurchie on one part, and John Campbell of Inveryeldies and Alexander Campbell, fiar thereof, his son, on other part, whereby said John Campbell of Glenurchie dispones to Patrick Campbell of Inveryeldies, said John Campbell of Inveryeldies, his son, and said Alexander Campbell, 6 merkland of Barcaldine, 6 merkland of Ferlochan, 4 merkland of Glentendell, 4 merkland of Drumuick, 2 merkland of Condulich, 4 merkland of Ballimackillichen, 8 merkland of Auchnaba, 4 merkland of Achnacroyss with mill, to be held of laird of Glenurchie; the house of Barcaldine is to be disponed by him to them also, and he is bound to repair it sufficiently by Martinmas 1678.
In return, he is to receive 8 merkland of Kingarth, two part lands of Dalmarglen, lands of Fintuliachs, and lands of Inveryeldies, Feys and Slochintuey, 10 merkland of Easter Ardeunag with mill, comprehending lands of Dall and Margichragorn, 20s land, 4 merkland of Finglen, 2½ merkland of Soccoch and mill |
