1768, April 27. Complains of conduct of writer's brother, [Gilbert] whose 'mean, low disposition will not allow him to do anything but to stroll about in the low lifed way he has always done'.
1782, May 8. On proposed separation of Glenure and his wife.
1787, July 2. Apologises for his inability to attend funeral of his sister, Barcaldine's mother, as he is ill and too far away, 'besides her Corps will not keep at this season of the year'
