Instrument narrating that Alexander, Earl of Glencairn, and "Jayne Cwnygham his honorable spous" obliged them and their heirs to subscribe a Letter of Reversion for 800 merks in favour of David Cwnyghame now of Robertland, and his heirs male of the body to enable him to redeem the 2½ merklands of Hoilhouse at anytime, even beyond the statutory period of seven years, "provyding that the foresaidis landis war redemit with his awin silver."
