Contract between Margaret Cuninghame, widow of William C. of Cragense, and her son Alexander C., now of Cragense, wherein she obliges herself to obtain him infeft in the 35s. land of Dunterclenane and 58s. 4d. lands thereof, in the lordship of Kilpatrik, and 13s. 4d. land called Chapelland of McQuhendrane; for which he is to pay 1200 merks and grant discharge for other 300 merks due by her to him, and relieve her conjoint-fee lands of Yockir from being security for the said 300 merks |
