Title |
Obligation by David, Bishop of Aberdeen, John Conighame of Conighamheid and Hew C. of Wattirstoun, that whereas Alexander C. of Cragance has submitted to their decision regarding the dispute between him and James, Master of Glencarne about the lands of Manniswra and others, they will endeavour to arrange that the lands remain with said Alexander according to his rights and titles thereof, and if they cannot agree the parties they oblige themselves to leave Alexander in the same estate and right of the lands that he stands in at present, and if they decree otherwise the decision shall be void |
