Title |
Contract between William, Master of Glencarn, and Gabriel Cunygham of Cragans, whereby for a charter to be given by said William to Gabriel C. of the lands of Lochirsyid in the barony of Renfrew (which Gabriel now has in tack from William C. of Walterstone), the said Gabriel C. is to pay 300 merks as follows:- 100 merks to said Master of Glencarne within 20 days, 20 merks to Robert C. of the Akat within said term, 100 merks to him at Martinmas next, and at Whitsunday thereafter 50 merks to the Master and 20 to Robert. The Master is also to pay £5 yearly to said Gabriel during the lifetime of Ninian C. of Walterstone |
